Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette Review and Swatches

Hello lovelies!

I resisted this palette for so long. I tried really hard. But I simply couldn’t escape the temptation on social media. I eventually caved a couple of weeks ago and picked the little gem up and I couldn’t be more pleased that I did it.

Let’s start with the packaging – always a winner with Too Faced and if you ask me and this is no different. The palette comes in the form of a tin much like the other TF palettes but has cute little peaches embossed on the tin in various shades of peach with an ombre effect. Unsurprisingly, the palette smells like artificial peaches which I personally love but I do know others really didn’t like it.

Inside houses 18 beautiful shades with cute peach inspired names and across a great shade range. As expected, the pigmentation is top quality and the shadows are so easily blended like other TF shadows that I’ve tried.

Now let me tell you a little bit about the shades.

White Peach – a slightly off-white, satin finish. I like this for highlighting my brow bone or for adding a brightening effect to my inner corner.

Luscious – a peach-gold metallic shade and one of my personal favourites.

Just Peachy – a pink-gold shimmer. Beautifully unique, but I have noticed that this one has more fall out than some of the others.

Bless Her Heart – an olive green shimmer with a gold undertone.

Tempting – a brown-black hybrid. Perfect for smoky eye looks.

Charmed I’m Sure – a matte, medium, dark-brown.

Nectar – a light gold with a frost finish.

Cobbler –  a medium-dark reddish brown. (One of my personal favourites).

Candied Peach – a vibrant pinky-orange with a pinch of shimmer.

Bellini – a peachy pink with a gold shimmer. Reminds me of MAC’s Expensive Pink.

Peach Pit –  a dark brown with a hint of red.

Delectable – a warm burgundy with a mild shimmer. This is one of the two only disappointing shades for me. I just find it to be a little patchy.

Peaches n Cream –   a light yellow toned peach with a hint of gold.

Georgia –  a light peachy orange. This is the second dud for me – it simply doesn’t have any pigmentation.

Caramelized – a reddish bronze  shade.

Puree – a matte, medium brown-red.

Summer Yum – another matte, darker medium brown-red.

Talk Derby to Me – a blackened purple with a little sparkle. Although it looks dark in the palette, it applies relatively sheer. Perfect for those who are a bit scared of dark shades!

This is not like any of the palettes that I already own so I am really pleased that I did decide to pick it up. I tend to stick to brown-bronze neutral palettes. And while this can still be described as relatively neutral, the peach toned theme is beautiful and really brings out the blue in my eyes. I find that this palette is incredibly versatile and that I can create a wide variation of day time and night time eye looks. For me, Too Faced can do very little wrong when it comes to eyeshadow quality.

Have you tried the Sweet Peach Palette? What were your thoughts? Do you think it’s worth the hype?

Thanks for reading!
