Skincare Sunday: Review – By Wishtrend Pure Vitamin C21.5 Advanced Serum

Vitamin C is one of those hero ingredients that should be incorporated into every skincare routine if you ask my humble opinion. It helps boost the skin’s collagen and brighten dark spots whilst fighting free radicals and pollutants to name a few the benefits.

My skin reacts really well to vitamin C products so I was super excited when the opportunity arose via online K Beauty retailer Koja Beauty, to try, By Wishtrend’s Pure Vitamin C 21.5% Advanced Serum* I jumped at the chance!

By Wishtrend is a cruelty free Korean skincare brand that has created a line of products purely in response to their customer needs and I was really keen to explore the brand. I mean, it’s no secret that I love K Beauty brands!

So what did I think of the serum?

Skincare Sunday: Emma Hardie Purifying Pink Clay Detox Mask

We all know that I love a face mask. I can’t seem to stop picking them up when i’m out and about. But when I come across one as good as this mask, I can’t wait to share it with you all!

Over the past six months or so, I have been discovering the delight that is Emma Hardie Skincare. I have tried and loved the Moringa Renewal Treatment Mask which I reviewed here along with the brand’s latest eye cream, the Midas Touch Revitalising Eye Serum which I also reviewed here. Both products received a huge thumbs up from me and are now firm favourites in my permanent skincare routine so when I had the chance to review the newest launch from the brand, the Purifying Pink Clay Detox Mask*, I jumped at the chance!

If, like me, your skin has been a bit congested and needs a general detox, then you need to check this mask out.

New Discovery: Egyptian Magic All Purpose Cream*

There has been a lot of hype about this particular product over the last few years. It has been endorsed by celebrities and influencers high and low for it’s multi purpose uses and amazing results. I had been meaning to try it for some time but had just never got around to it. But if a product is good enough for Kate Hudson, Rhianna and Lauren Conrad, it’s good enough for me!

Egyptian Magic is an all-natural, multi use product that really can be used pretty much anywhere on the body. Perfect to bring on holiday to save space in the suitcase or to keep on your bedside table to add to your night routine!

The formulation of the balm is based on one which was created thousands of years ago in the lands of the Pharaohs! Packed with just six natural ingredients including olive oil, beeswax, royal jelly, bee pollen, honey and bee propolis, the cream is free from additives, preservatives, parabens, fragrances and chemicals. The product has never been tested on animals either – bonus points!

The cream is an emollient style balm in the pot that melts down to an easy to spread oil when warmed up between the fingers.

So how have I been using this magical little pot?
