For any of you that know me, you will know that I am obsessed with my little dog, Ruby. She’s honestly the best friend I’ve ever had. She’s loyal, fun affectionate and is always happy to see me. Mr Lynsey and I treat Ruby like our child. We just dote on her and while some people will roll their eyes and think we’re those “crazy dog people”, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Needless to say when Christmas rolls around, Ruby isn’t left out of the festivities at our house and has her very own little stocking on the fireplace that we fill with goodies for her.

So if you are dog obsessed like me, here are my top picks for Christmas pups or even some ideas to treat your dog in the New Year!

Another local business that offers tasty treats for your pup. While the smell of turkey is whafting through the house on Christmas day driving your poor dog wild with desire, why not pick up a duck carcass for your pooch for the main event.
