HD Brows: Lip Defines Review*

When you said HD Brows to me in the past, I thought brow treatment, not make up products. However, the brand has a huge cosmetics line including not only brow products, but base, eye and lip products too!

Over the past few weeks I have been trying out one of the most recent launches in the HD Brows make up line, their Lip Define pencils, and I’m ready to share my thoughts with you all!

Review: Emma Hardie Midas Touch Revitalising Eye Serum*

Skincare heavyweight, Emma Hardie has recently launched a new eye serum to the Midas Touch family, dubbed a “lightweight yet powerful anti-ageing formula”.

The eyes are the first place on the face that start to show signs of ageing. With that in mind, I try to pay a bit of extra attention to the area as prevention is definitely better than cure.

Over the past year or two, I’ve gotten much better at remembering to apply eye cream at night and I was excited to add this new product to my collection!

Skincare Sunday: Antipodes*- the Organic Brand you Need to Check Out

If you seen my post a little while ago featuring my dry skin hero products, you will have seen a rave review about the Antipodes Aura Honey Mask. If you didn’t see it, why not? Jokes. But it can be viewed here.

Since trying the amazing Aura mask, I have fallen in love with the brand and their products as a whole. Everything is nutrient rich, natural and organic so you are using the best ingredients when using this brand. You can’t not like this brand. Their ethos is very eco friendly, their packaging is fully recyclable and biodegradable. They believe in sustainable cultivation of local ingredients from New Zealand. They’re just all round, good, environmentally friendly, eggs!

In the interests of beauty blogging, I have tried out a number of products from the brand over the past few months and I’m ready to give you all the low down. Spolier alert, I love it all.

My First delve into IT Cosmetics*

A little while back I almost collapsed with excitement when I seen an email from IT Cosmetics in my inbox asking if I would like to try some products! The brand had been on my radar for quite some time and I had always meant to try it out any time that I was in the States. When I had seen that it had finally launched in the UK, in store at Boots , I had already been planning my purchases.

The brand very kindly sent me out two of their products to test out for myself:  the Naturally Pretty Matte Luxe Transforming Eye Shadow Palette and the Hello Lashes 5 in 1 Mascara.

So, were they hits or misses?

What’s New at Sleek?*

Sleek have been one of my favourite budget discoveries this year! Their products are super affordable but they don’t skimp on quality. The brand is one of the fastest ever growing beauty brands and it seems like there’s always something new being launched. That being said, I thought I would share some of the most recent launches with you all.

So what’s worth checking out?

Lip Fillers: My Experience with Therapie Clinic*

I’ve disliked my lips for years. I mean, they were okay, but they were naturally thin and my top lip would disappear pretty much entirely should I give a toothy smile – not ideal. I had toyed with the idea of lip fillers for quite some time, but always panicked and chickened out when it came to the crunch.

Since working with Therapie Clinic recently with my course of Image Peels, when the brand wanted to continue to grow our relationship and offered me the chance to try out fillers, it felt right.

For me personally, getting fillers was a way to increase my confidence and feel better about myself. I’m not telling you all to go out and pump yourself full of everything you can. But it’s the 21st century, if you want to change something about yourself and it will make you feel better, go for it. I’m totally supportive of that!
