HD Brows: Lip Defines Review*

When you said HD Brows to me in the past, I thought brow treatment, not make up products. However, the brand has a huge cosmetics line including not only brow products, but base, eye and lip products too!

Over the past few weeks I have been trying out one of the most recent launches in the HD Brows make up line, their Lip Define pencils, and I’m ready to share my thoughts with you all!

The pencils come in five different colour options to suit a variety of looks:

Grape

Tutti Frutti

Wine

Prune

Toast (my personal favourite)

The lip defines claim to have a long lasting formula, which I was keen to put through its paces as most lip liners that I own tend to wear off very quickly. With the Lip Defines, I found that I could get around 5 hours wear before they needed touched up which I was really impressed with.

The pencils themselves are very precise, which meant that I found that it was extremely easy to define my lips. This also helps prevent bleeding and untidiness which is something that i’ve struggled with in the past. The formulation itself is very creamy and like silk to apply to the lips and not at all drying.

In all, I have been super impressed with these liners. The formulation is really nice, the wear time is great and the colour variety is good. I’m happy with my first delve into HD Brows make up and I look forward to exploring more products in future!

The Lip Defines retail for £12.00 each and can be picked up from HD Brows stockists or online here.

Do you have a favourite lip pencil? Let me know!
