My hair is a nightmare. It never does what it’s meant to. When I want it straight, it goes curly. When I want it curly, it stays straight. To add insult to injury, It is dry, damaged, limp and fine.

All of the above puts me off spending a lot of time on my hair routine. Lately I have found myself scraping it back into a ponytail most days which gets boring, quickly. I had to make some changes and that’s when I started to discover some of these fab new products that I just had to share with you all.

Noughty Haircare Pumped Up Shampoo and Conditioner

As I mentioned, my hair is pretty fine and can be so limp and lifeless after washing. I started trying out this shampoo and conditioner around a month ago and I have to be honest, I can really see a difference in my hair’s volume. The products have definitely been giving me some much needed oomph and a bonus is that they smell fab!

Noughty Haircare To The Rescue Hair Treatment

Around once a week, I try to plaster on a layer of hair mask to inject some much needed moisture to my hair and help deal with damage caused by heat etc.

This mask is super smoothing and really helps my hair become more manageable after use. The almond scent is to die for and reminds me of cherry bakewells.

Packed full of intensely moisturising ingredients such as, argan oil, black oat extract and meadowfoam oil, this treatment is designed to rescue damaged hair and regain control of unruly tresses. The pot is 300ml too which means it will last forever!

Noughty Haircare To The Rescue Serum

The final Noughty product that I’ve recently discovered has been this frizz fighting serum.

A pea sized amount on the mid lengths and ends of my towel dried hair helps combat frizz whilst smoothing and hydrating my tresses. I always use a serum on my hair as it gets unruly and quickly. This serum doesn’t weigh my hair down and doesn’t leave a greasy residue like other serums can. If I notice any flyaways throughout the day, half a pump soon sorts that out!

I’ve found that this particular combination of Noughty Products have really been working and have helped my hair become much more manageable and healthy!

Nanogen Root Boost Thickening Spray with Sun Damage Protection

Now that I’ve mastered the line up to control my tresses, I was searching for the perfect product to add some real volume to my roots as they can be so lifeless.

This Nanogen spray is a saviour! I mean seriously!

A few pumps of this super lightweight spray to the roots of my hair before blow drying makes a real difference. The proteins within the spray are heat activated so using alongside your hairdryer adds some instant thickness and volume! The spray has really helped me achieve some big, bouncy blow dries that I thought was some kind of sorcery that only hairdressers possessed! You can even use it on dry hair to add some extra bounce!

In terms of ingredients, there is niacinamide to help care for the scalp, keratin to strengthen the hair, anti colour fade and sun protection! All in one little bottle!

This has definitely become a haircare staple in my routine!
