It’s no surprise to most of you when I say that I love Emma Hardie skincare. I dove head first into the brand last year and haven’t found a single product that I haven’t fallen head over heels with so far!
The brand’s ethos focuses on delivering firmer, plumper skin without using invasive or harsh ingredients. Every product I have used has been a real luxury experience. The fragrances and textures are beautiful and each product has genuinely made noticeable improvements to my skin!
So what are my favourite products from the brand?
Amazing Face Moringa Cleansing Balm
You can’t have a brand focus post and not mention this balm- it’s one of the brand’s most cult products and for good reason. Packed with grape seed and almond oil to soften and plump the skin, moringa seed extract and vitamin E to purify the skin and jasmine and rose to hydrate and nourish the skin, this balm is an absolute pleasure to use.
It is perfect for a night time cleanse as the fragrance is really soothing and calming to use before bed. I take a pea sized amount and really spend some time working the product into my skin, massaging my face to encourage blood flow. The balm quickly melts into an oil texture which melts makeup with ease. Once it’s removed with the included cleansing cloth, my skin feels nourished , hydrated and looks fresh and glowing. It’s absolutely a staple in my skincare rotation.
Dubbed a ‘super serum’ this hydrating and firming serum makes a real difference to my dry skin. As expected, the ingredients are impressive. Avocado peptides boost collagen, edelweiss stem cells plump fine lines and hyaluronic acid and glycoprotein deeply hydrates.
The texture of this serum is really light which I love. It sinks into my skin quickly and doesn’t leave a residue behind meaning it works perfectly under make up and other products. The packaging is interesting, almost like a little test tube with a clicker to release product. You get two little tubes in a pack which helps keep the product fresh.
Oils can be a bit touch and go for me. Whilst I love the hydration benefits they can deliver, I don’t like if they are overly heavy and sit on top of the skin. This oil is completely different. It is lightweight and nourishing. My skin soaks it up and it seriously delivers on the hydration front.
The oil is packed full of nine essential oils including camomile, rose, lavender and geranium. Omega 3 helps promote elasticity whilst camelina oil delivers some serious antioxidant protection.
Since I incorporated this oil into my routine, I can see an improvement in my skin’s texture and can see a visible glow.
Purifying Pink Clay Detox Mask
Once a week I like to use a detox mask to clear my pores and clarify my skin. I’ve raved in depth about this mask on the blog before, here. Designed to deeply cleanse and purify the skin whilst also gently exfoliating and refining pores, this mask has been a game changer in my skin care routine.
My skin suffers from redness and the inclusion of the brand’s Defensil technology really helps reduce inflammation and soothes the skin resulting in a really visible reduction in my skin’s redness. Vitamins C and E provide anti oxidant benefits which protect skin from environmental aggressors and free radicals and even though the mask contains pink clay, it is not drying in the slightest and in fact, feels quite hydrating on the skin! This will forever be in my routine!
Plump and Glow Hydrating Facial Mist
This seriously light mist boosts hydration, plumps fine lines and protects the skin. My dry skin can cry out for products like this, especially during the winter months. Packed with hyaluronic acid and cooling, soothing aloe vera and watermint, this spritz quenches the skin’s thirst in just a few pumps. It even contains little gold particles to increase the skin’s luminosity.
I like to use this product ahead of moisturising to really lock in as much hydration as a possibly can. The mist is so light and you aren’t left feeling like a glass of water has just been launched at your face. The non greasy formula and a perfectly pleasant scent make this mist a great all rounder. I’ll definitely be bringing this on my next summer holiday!
Midas Touch Revitalising Eye Serum
The final product I wanted to mention is another that has been raved about previously on the blog (here), if you want to read in full.
The Midas Touch Revitalising Eye Serum is lightweight and gentle on the eye area. The formulation is full of impressive ingredients including hyaluronic acid to moisturise and omegas 3,6 and 9 to regenerate the skin. Designed to lift and tighten the eye area whilst reducing puffiness and fading dark circles, this product has quickly become a staple in my routine and I have already repurchased a bottle once my first ran out! I have quite sensitive eyes and this product doesn’t irritate them at all. A forever product for me!
